This scenic course starts and finishes at Louise McKinney Park, just South of the Shaw Centre on Grierson Hill. Don't miss out on a great fall day where you will overlook the North Saskatchewan River and the breath-taking views of trees turning colour and leaves falling.

HEART HEALTH SYMPOSIUM

Join us on Saturday, September 25 for informative and educational sessions at 11am and 1pm.

Sessions will be open to the general public and topics include:
-Recognizing signs and symptoms of  heart disease
-Nutrition and a healthy heart
-Exercise and the heart

Sessions and information booths will be led by some of the worlds leading doctors in each of these fields!
